The booking is final after payment of the advance invoice.
The advance invoice must be paid no later than 1 week after booking.
The balance invoice and the deposit must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
If the balance invoice and the deposit are not paid, the booking will be cancelled.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel within 2 days of booking, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 25% of the booking amount.
If you cancel between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking amount.
If you cancel within 2 weeks before the first day of your stay, the cancellation fee is 90% of the booking amount.
If you cancel on the first day of your stay or later, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking amount.
Deposit
A deposit of 300 euros is required per stay.
This deposit must be transferred when paying the remaining amount, 4 weeks before the planned arrival date.
After the stay, the deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks.
Damage or theft can be settled via the deposit or via the tenant's civil liability insurance.
House rules
The Egelhuisje is a non-smoking property. Ashtrays are provided on the terrace and in the garden.
The minimum age for the main booker is 18 years.
A maximum of 5 persons and 1 baby are allowed to stay.
Dogs are allowed in consultation, we ask that dog waste be cleaned up before departure.
Out of respect for the neighbours and the environment, please refrain from making noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Fireworks are not permitted.
Parties or events are not permitted.
We ask that you treat the household items with respect. If anything is broken or defective, please let us know so that we can replace it for the next tenants.
It is not yet possible to charge an electric car.
The house must be left tidy. Used household items must be washed.
The General Terms and Conditions are considered accepted upon placing the booking and paying the deposit invoice.
In the event of a dispute, only the competent courts of the Limburg jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction.
If the customer fails to fulfil their obligations, including payment obligations, in a timely manner, we are entitled to consider the booking agreement dissolved by operation of law and without notice of default.
